We will get this ready and list it soon!

Where do I fly into? Where will I be staying? Where do we meet?
We will meet for the first time as a group on Friday morning at 9am in the breakfast room at The Boulder Hot Springs Inn in Helena, MT. You must book a room at the Inn for this retreat. You will receive a group discounted rate. When you register for the retreat, we will send you an email with instructions on how to book at the Inn and a group discount code. If you would like, you can go to their website and check it out before committing to the retreat. They have been wonderful for us the past two years. They make great food for us, the rooms are cozy and clean, and there are natural hot springs inside of and outside of the Inn! Your stay at the Inn is not included in the price of the retreat. Rooms at the Inn do fill up, so if you are called to this retreat we recommend you get registered with us and booked with them by March at the latest.

Flying into Montana – Flying in to the Helena Airport is an option but is usually more costly from the East coast than flying into the Bozeman Airport. Check both airports from your location and get the best rate. They are both about an hour away from the Inn. You should fly in on Thursday afternoon or evening to be ready to go on Friday morning. You will then rent a car and get yourself to the Inn in Helena. Once our group begins to form, later in the process, around May, we will end up being able to form optional little groups of people to share the rental cars and split the costs. More on this when you register in emails. Your flight and rental car are not included in the price of the retreat. You are free to do what you want before and after the retreat as far as travel.

What is included in the price of the retreat?
  • Three full days of fun and enlightening guided adventure, ceremony, journey-work and stone communion facilitated by kind and helpful guides with lots of expertise
  • All of your meals and water (besides whatever personal snacks you bring)
Who is facilitating the retreat?
Sarah Thomas will be facilitating for her third year in a row. Along with shamanic practitioner, ceremonialist and esoteric healer, Caroline Padgett. Julie Ryder, the discoverer and guardian of the megalithic sites is our main expert and will be with us 2 of the 3 days. Her husband, Bill Ryder, shamanic journeyer and awesome guy, will also be with us 2 of the 3 days.
What is the cancellation policy?
We can not refund your payment for this retreat because we have limited space. Once we fill, we will keep a wait-list. If you have to cancel and we can fill your spot with someone on the wait-list, we will refund you. There is no guarantee on this. If you cancel too late for wait-listed folks to have only the option of costly last-minute plane tickets (this would include cancellations due to emergencies) you are even less likely to get your spot filled. Therefore, plan on being fully committed.
